Travel Brief
Throughout your Heritage & Wellness tour, you will pass through four of India’s most well-known and beautiful cities.
- Delhi: This is a city that is often described as bridging two different worlds – Old Delhi is a labyrinth of narrow lanes and New Delhi is filled with tree-lined avenues. Some of the sights you will see include: the Red Fort, Humayun’s Tomb, Qutub Minar, and the India Gate.
- Agra: This city is located on the banks of the river Yamuna and is home to the Taj Mahal, one of the great seven wonders of the world. Some of the sights you will see include: the Agra Fort (a UNESCO World Heritage site) and the majestic Taj Mahal at sunrise.
- Jaipur: This city is a bustling business centre that resembles a modern metropolis with a sprinkling of age-old charm. A visit to old Jaipur, painted pink, never goes astray. Some of the sights you will see include: the Amber Fort, City Palace (including an elephant ride!) and Hawa Mahal.
- Rishikesh: This is where your yoga retreat will commence. We are currently offering two options – Ananda (the number one destination spa in the world) or NaturOville. A visit to the famous temples in Haridwar can be organised if desired.
